Charles W. Sweet

Mr. Sweet is the President, CW Sweet, Inc. and the former Chairman and President of A.T. Kearney Executive Search. Prior to assuming the leadership role as Chairman, Mr. Sweet spent 14 years as President of the division, with management responsibility for A.T. Kearney Executive Search offices in North America, Europe, Asia and South America. He has completed over 250 search assignments in a wide variety of industries, covering virtually every functional area with an emphasis on strategically critical general management assignments and boards of directors. In addition, Mr. Sweet served as consulting Partner of the Firm. Prior to A.T Kearney, Mr. Sweet had experience with Proctor and Gamble, Ford Motor Company, R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company, and Marsh & McLennan. Chuck is a graduate of Hamilton College, with a B.A. in English and Economics, and The University of Chicago, with a M.B.A in Personnel and Finance. He serves on the Board of Advisors of Ridge Capital Fund, a trustee of the University of Richmond, and is a Director of GreatBank of Algonquin.


Tracey T. Powell

Mr. Powell is the Chairman of the Board, Home Access Health & Mutare, Inc. Mr. Powell is an entrepreneur and executive with an extensive background in telecommunications and healthcare with experience in start-ups focused on breakthrough technologies/services. Prior to founding Home Access Health Corporation in 1993, Mr. Powell formed Mutare Inc. in 1980 and managed its affiliated companies. Mutare quickly distinguished itself as one of the telecommunication industry's earliest value-added systems integrators and later became recognized for its focus on corporate system solutions via breakthrough technologies: voice mail, video conferencing and voice response. Mutare is a significant shareholder in Home Access Health. Home Access Health is a leader in personal convenience diagnostics and is the only company approved by FDA to provide at-home testing services for HIV and Hepatitis C. Previously, Mr. Powell was with TSI (Telecommunications Services, Inc.), as Vice President of Sales. Mr. Powell graduated from Western Illinois University in 1974 with a Bachelors degree in Business & Marketing. He is an active member of the Union League Club of Chicago and Bobolink Golf Club.


Gary I. Levenstein

Mr. Levenstein is a partner with Ungaretti and Harris and chairs the corporate, securities and finance group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities regulation, and corporate governance. An experienced transactional attorney, his clients include privately and publicly held corporations, private equity funds, financial institutions, family offices, and emerging growth companies. He is a frequent speaker on such topics as mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, access to the capital markets, and corporate governance. Mr. Levenstein is a graduate of the University of Illinois and Northwestern University School of Law. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Levenstein is the former Chapter President of the Association for Corporate Growth and serves as the Chairman of the President's Advisory Council. He is also a Director of the American Cancer Society, Illinois, on the Advisory Committee of the Museum of Photography at Columbia College, a Director of Friends of Israel Defense Forces, and the Collectors Forum at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Chicago.
