CC Audition® Talk & Note is a web-based call center simulation that allows job candidates to "play the part" as if they worked in your center.  By leveraging a speech application, Talk & Note is even more like the contact center job.

Uniquely set in a realistic contact center environment, job candidates go through the following stages in the simulation:

  • Microphone calibration
  • One extended call scenario
