Call Center Simulation – CC Audition®

The CC Audition® is a web-based job simulation that allows job candidates to "play the part" as if they worked in your center. You get to evaluate their abilities to perform contact center job requirements.

CC Audition® is available in Spanish as well as the award winning Home Agent edition.

CC Audition® Description:

In about 35 minutes, job candidates complete the following simulation modules:

  • Introduction
  • Training session
  • Three call scenarios
  • Simulation exit

The CC Audition® measures computer ability, multi-tasking, accuracy, and customer service orientation.
