Call Center Optimization Forum. The event is taking place on November 4, 2010 at the Hilton Park Cities Hotel in Dallas, Texas. The forums are designed for executives and IT decision makers of contact centers who need to stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and rapidly evolving technologies.
