FURSTPERSON LAUNCHES REALISTIC JOB PREVIEW TOOL

Many contact centers experience higher-than-desired agent turnover. CC Preview is a multi-media, web-based realistic preview of the unique contact center environment that includes an overview of the company, agent responsibilities, employee benefits, performance standards, work environment, behavioral expectations, and job challenges, complimented by actual call recordings similar to those handled by agents on a daily basis. CC Preview is designed specifically for the job position, company, and industry. A major advantage of CC Preview is that in about 10 minutes, candidates can determine if they could enjoy working in a contact center environment and withdraw themselves from the application process if necessary.
