CC Audition® - Simulated Customer Contact – Real World Results:
The CC Audition® is a realistic job simulation that allows job candidates to "play the part" as if they worked in your center. You get to evaluate their abilities to perform contact center job requirements.

CC Audition Development:
FurstPerson developed the CC Audition® on our new rapid simulation development platform which allows for full rendered 3D environments, rich multimedia, and interactive call scenarios. The CC Audition® is hosted by FurstPerson in a web services environment and does not require software to be installed on your testing computers.

CC Audition® Description:
In about 35 minutes, job candidates complete the following simulation modules:

• Introduction
• Training session
• Three call scenarios
• Simulation exit

The CC Audition® measures computer ability, multi-tasking, accuracy, and customer service orientation.
