FurstPerson’s CEO Jeff Furst to Speak at 9th Annual Select Noble Users Group Conference

CHICAGO – APRIL 27, 2010 – FurstPerson, a Chicago-based company that provides pre-employment hiring solutions to the contact center industry, today announced that President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Jeff Furst will be speaking at the 2010 Annual Select Noble Users Group (SNUG) Conference, being held at the Westin Atlanta Perimeter North Hotel from April 27-29, 2010 in Atlanta, Ga. The hour-long presentation, “Hiring for the Contact Center: Improving the Probability of Making the Right Hire,” is being held from 1:45 – 2:45 p.m. on Wed., April 28th. The audience will be able to participate in an interactive question and answer session to voice concerns and address challenges in their industry. Participants will learn more about the importance of recruiting and hiring the right people as a critical component of contact center operations.
