Simulations are a powerful assessment tool for evaluating job candidates for work ability and work skills. As an example, consider call control metrics, specifically Average Handle Time (AHT). We find that candidates who score higher on our CC Audition simulation have better average handle times than those that score lower. Let's assume that the average difference is 25 seconds. Saving 25 seconds per call times thousands, if not millions, of calls is a significant financial gain to the call center operations.
