The results suggest that the strongest skills are available in the United States, Canada, and Philippines. Although applicant pool in Columbia and India possess solid computer skills, their inability to communicate effectively in written English combined with relatively weak service, multi-tasking, and data entry accuracy skills pose important barriers to entry.
