Supervisor Audition is a multimedia job simulation that allows applicants to play the part of a contact center supervisor. Supervisor Audition measures a candidate’s potential to operate in a fast-paced environment while solving problems as a supervisor or manager in a contact center. This assessment will help identify supervisor candidates that will have higher success in supervisory and highly complex roles.
