CC Audition Inbound Sales is a multimedia simulation that allows applicants to play the part of a contact center sales and service representative. CC Audition® Sales measures a candidate’s sales and service skills across a variety of inbound customer inquiries including understanding the customer’s needs, gathering customer information and taking opportunities to upsell. This assessment helps identify inbound sales candidates that will deliver higher revenue per call and produce higher sales performance.
